Humanity . Friendliness and Patience

On the 20th November 2023. I went to their offices ( Sassa Springs Branch) with my father who is very sick and using crushes. We met a very kind employee who was sweeping outside , his name Mr Percy Mavuso). He fetch a wheelchair and drove my father to get a bank statement with a smile. We cane back and a friendly staff from reception until the data capturing where very kind and patient with my father.

The manager was friendly. We met him on our way to get a bank statement from the bank and after. He is friendly and professional. Thank you to SASSA Springs branch. Keep it up. Their offices are very clean.
