Have not received child grant

I'm a mother who's not from a privileged background but because the government has given us the initiative to apply for child grant. I gave birth on 29 Feb 2020 due to the pandemic we couldn't apply although we were given a chance to apply again I was given an appointment date 29 September but till today I haven't receive the grant please help
