Grant for gran ( 85) stopped for 3 months

Hi. My 85 year old gran has been sent from pillar to post, hasn't received grant since July 2021 after reporting her swallowed card at Nedbank, Brits N.W. After reporting the incident she was instructed to resort to opening a bank account ans was sent to post office to start the application process afresh, submitting finger prints and ID copies to no avail. She travels weekly by taxi amounting to R160 per trip to check, yesterday as well, but always hits a blank as there's no money in her new bank account. Please assist as this is financially distressing her and us, her next of kin. Thanks in anticipation.
