Government has failed me yet again

Well im very disappointed with the system we have in south Africa i lost my grant card last moth i cannot be assisted in midrand if they not too busy they are off line i have missed out on school for 3 days trying to fix my sons grant card i went to the bank and got everything filled but still no assistance.......

Please help .....our Government system is failing us my child has been suffering .........
