Government employees not caring for poor people

I called Sassa for my Srd to change my cellphone number on the 23/04 I was told it would take 2 weeks. A month later after calling them again they telling me it cannot be done as I sit have smart I'd I have the green 1. I am u/e with no money .why did they not tel sooner instead of making empty promises that's it's gonna be done I must've patient
