got declined for sassa srd for no apparent reason

hi i got a complaint,so i app**** in August 2021 for sassa srd R350 so they declined my application for August and September 2021 they say the reason is other source of income so i am unemployed i don't receive any form of income,i can prove i don't.so i put in a application for reconsideration and sassa didn't even do anything i app**** for it from the day they declined me so I can't buy the essentials so it even last year's std i app**** so i got declined a few times but they approved 7 months so how can the decline me now i desperately need it now can someone please help i can't buy food or anything i even phoned them and they are rude even the one lady said i have to do it myself.if i could do it i would PLEASE HELLO PETER HELP ME!!
