Good day This is Thabisile here

My father applied for a SASSA grant in May 2026 and until today, 27 October 2026, his application has not been approved.

Yesterday we received a call from SASSA saying there is a copy of a woman's ID in his application. My father is not married and he does not know this woman at all. He does not know how her ID copy ended up in his documents. He submitted only his own papers.

Now they are telling us they need to investigate this copy first, which means more delays. He has been waiting for 5 months already with no income. This is very frustrating and unfair.

We need SASSA to please investigate this urgently and finalize his application. How can someone else's ID be added to his file without his knowledge? Please assist.
