********** Airtime not Refunded in Full

During the month of October last year I assisted my Mother to put forward a complaint relating to R45 worth of Airtime that was being deducted for a period of 12mnths on her SASSA account.<br> We called Net1 and spoke to Tsholofelo Lesejane who advised that we need to go and complete an Affidavit and she will ensure that the Airtime will never be deducted. She issued ref number ***.<br> <br> Some time in November the money was refunded but only 3 months worth instead of the whole amount.<br> We called in again and we were told that the company that refunds only refunds for the last 3 months, when we asked why we were told its their company policy but Tsholo stated on an email that the reason is because we didn't specify that we wanted the refund for 12 months.<br> <br> CAN WEE GET HELP?
