*****ed by sassa officials

Goodday my name is nomfundo ourah maphanga, i work as an educator at a primary school. I have just recently faced a big issue of having sassa card issues and no officer has assisted me in anyway. My mother who recieves grant disability has not been able to recieve it for the past 3months, initially she app**** at the Ixopo sassa branch, but later moved in with me to live with me here in pinetown since she is disabled. We went to apply for the new post office card but got told to wait until the card expires..... Then the card expired and we went back to the pinetown sassa branch, and got told that they couldnt help us and we must go to Ixopo branch fr assistance, and we had to hire a car and go to Ixopo, only to find that her card has been *****ed and blocked by the officer. The Ixopo officials then took all my moms documents and fingerprints and said they will send to the head office..... Its already been 2 months waiting and no transparency report or feedback has been done. The worst part is that i work weekdays and i have to take time off to sort the unsortable matter with a disabled person and the pinetown branch refuses to assist us even after seeing the situation we are facing. Please hellopeter. Com assist us as we are in a big dilemma, all her medication is dependant on the disability grant and i can no longer take days off of work. The service in this country is instead falling down.... We have rights and our rights are not being recognised by these rude selfish unthoughtful officials.
