I was earning child support grant from SASSA from 2016 until December 2020

I got a job from Ethekwini Mucipality and i stoped withdrawing the money from my SASSA card. I know that if you dont withdraw money from SASSA for three months in a raw they automatically cancel the card.

October 2021 i decided to go double check if it canceled they told me the money is on and i must pay the money i didn't use which is 5003.00. How can i pay money i didn't use. Please help me
