Foster Care Grand

I need someone to assist me in explaining how does SASSA work? I have been there 3 times during December and once in January 2016. Every time we are shown away for paper work not completed or any excuse SASSA staff can think of.<br> 1st Time - certified date on birth certificate to old<br> 2nd Time - Now the need the original birth certificate that they did not query the 1st time and the foster child needs to come along.<br> 3 Time - No staff to attend<br> 4 Time - Off line and no effort to assist you<br> Each time you stand in a que for about 2 hours before you are attended to.<br> Is this the way that SASSA works!!!!
