Extremely poor service, especially from the ladies. They all have attitude and bad service, especially the lady at the reception her Surname is Khanyile and the ladies that help with applications. They let people wait while they are busy chatting, playing with their phones and when they decide to help they serve nothing but attitude behavior. They have no professionalsm. When I went there last week they gave me run arounds about coming in at 11AM as if the office/computers don't operate at 11AM after finding out I brought everything they needed they started making issues with my proof of address and transfared me to another branch. Went back there today with the correct information they wanted with the proof of address and they started making issues with my ID book. And sent me to home affairs. Really unnecessary run arounds. They are not helpful. They are lazy, arrogant and have a bad attitude.
