Easy pay green SASA card a ********!!!

My father passed on the 30 October 2021. He was using the green easy pay SASA card. I told me about the benefits of the card when they went to change from older card for easy pay card. I went to Protea Glen Branch I signed and submitted all the required documents. That was on the 22 December 2021. Today is the 29 December 2021. I haven't received anything from them. And I asked the lady who was assisting me. When can I expect the money,; she within 24 hours.
