Disrespectful contact centre AGENTS!

I've had a very bad experience with SASSA thus far, I've been calling your contact centre on numerous occasions and all my calls are being dropped - each consultant I spoke to refuse to hear me out and just refer me to the SASSA offices - the moment I ask them their first name on the call my call gets dropped, I would suggest you guys retrieve all my calls made to SASSA because I will not be leaving this terrible services received just like that. Start treating us with RESPECT when we call into your contact centre!
