Disrespect elderly, terrible service rude staff

I brought my parents (both pensioners) to register at SASSA.<br> The staff (all 3!!!) on duty are ignoring the queues of people, sitting waiting since early this morning.<br> Reason?<br> They ran out of paper!<br> The 4th employee arrived just now with her Checkers bags (went grocery shopping while more than 40 pensioners, mothers with small children and disabled people are waiting!<br> Our country and systems are falling apart .
