Disappointed with SASSA services

pathetic service , no care attitude. honestly disappointed with the service received by Sassa

I have been emailing them with regards to my R350 grant , they have been me excuses , first I was told dates will be given as to when I will receive my payment , no dates are up n the system till to date.

secondly I was told that I choose cash send option instead of post bank , so they are busy in process to pay all those who have not received payment , thirdly now they saying they want proof that my cellphone number is a registered number.

I have come to a point where I will take the matter to the media .
