Disappointed and Hurt

<p>I am very disappointed by the level of service that I have received at Osizweni sassa offices at Newcastle.I am no longer working and I went there to renew my childrens grant money and I have been taken from pillar to post and it is not a joy ride</p> <p> </p> <p>I started this process in January and when I went back to check today I received a not positive or satisfactory response despite me giving them all the required document.They advised me to check end of April which will be the forth month after starting this process.My children have no school uniform and I wanted to use this money to buy it</p> <p> </p> <p>The sad part is that it is not the goverment that is failing me as a south african citizen who has all the required documents byt SASSA.Can I please be assisted for the sake of my children </p>
