Desperate to get R350-00 grant transferred from Post Office to Bank Account

The rating that I have shown above....they don't deserve it. My husband was accepted for a Social Grant of R350-00 on the 6/6/2020. On the 4/8/2020 I submitted his banking details which was accepted. After nearly 300 calls to the toll free number and weekly e-mails to the address they give you if you can't get through to the toll number, I managed in December to miraculously get through to be told his money is at the Post Office they blame the bank/bank blames them. At the Post Office there is no social distancing, hardly no one wear masks and it is scary. I am trying to find a person that can transfer all the payments from the Post Office to his banking account but unfortunately I have not been able to find someone to help me Please I am really begging for someone to take notice of this Thanks to anyone who reads this plea for help
