Deprivation of children's grant

This is the worst experience I have ever gotten in my life and as a South African I believe I have the right to be treated as first priority at government facilities we have waited for hours with no help and came back the next week and they told us to leave at 8AM in the morning they have stopped working! I am highly dissatisfied and my child did not receive the children's grant we went to apply for Meyerton Sassa needs to be closed down the staff is rude and don't even care!!
