Department of Social Development-Kempton Park Civic Centre always offlime(SASSA)

Sassa offices in Kempton Park are the only offices within the civic centre that always claim to have their 'systems' offline.

Every time one comes to the SASSA's offices we are given the same excuse that we cannot be attended to because their systems are offline.

The Government employees are rude to the elderly and will sit literally sit the whole day without working claiming the systems are offline.
