Denied Sassa Grant

It's been months since I've app**** for a child social grants and still no payment my girl is now one year 2 months I've started applying for it last year Oct and whenever I'll go at the offices they'll say forms are finished or there's covid they didn't fumigate okay I understood that Then this year around April got the form and submitted it with the necessary documents on June 18 Still there's no payment ,I've been to their offices all they come up with are excuses and they have attitude personally I don't know what to do can I please be helped
