I'm really disappointed in the service I'm receiving from sassa regarding my R350 grant, I've done everything they asked of me, went to their offices to get my banking details uploaded twice, I have approved payments with no payment dates, nobody can tell me when the dates will be available, they don't have a turn around times, it's really stressing me out...The service level is pathetic. I wish someone can actually assist me from Sassa
