Complaint re poor service

I sat there for hour's!!!!!! waiting my turn

I was there the previous week, before 4 o clock, without assitance, was told to come back the next week, wich I did

The staff start packing up before 4 o'cloc****!!!!!

Left through the back door without notifying us!!!!!

Unattended, me and other's, had no joice but to leave!!!!

This is a disgrace and outrage as to how they treat people
