Complaint and Concern

Good day

I send this email with a heavy heart and very unhappy with your Khayelitsha sassa branch.

Today it was a very cold and rainy day but through our needs we were outside the branch as early as 4am standing in the rain for hours only for one of the managers to come out after 8am to tell us the office will not be operating due to the president closing it down till further notice. Now why couldn't they let us know earlier? Why are there not notices posted around the building fence?

I see that as disrespect and taking poor black people for granted because they seen as black and uneducated. this thing of mistreating there people there is getting serious. Even how they operate to get things done and prolonging peoples claims for example I why is it you told to come back after 2 weeks when getting your papers to fill out, only to come back after 2 weeks with signed paperwork because it's something you can do in minutes you get there with your paperwork only to be given a date to submit them. I mean does that even make sense or because we black and uneducated we are treated in this manner? Now today after freezing outside this office we are told to come back after 14 days by a security and at the same time with disrespect they change the statement to no we should wait and not come back to hear what the president will say after 14 days, I mean really why are we taken advantage of like this? Where's the respect? Don't the staff know their work ethics? All this is UNACCEPTABLE

Why Is the staff there if the office is closed? Why should it be word of mouth now that they closed? Now will not accept any of this nor should the other people.
