Complaint

Hello. Last year I got the covid 19 relief fund... SASSA is full of surprises, as we app**** this year again I got declined, they reason being that I registered uif, and that is not true, I appealed, same results. My mom works as a home based care and they earn less than 4000 she too depended on child support Grant and apparently they stopped giving them the money this month with claims that they earn R8000 of which is also not true. Sassa does not take us serious. We are really not getting good services. We hope they resolve their problems.
