Complain about service at Sassa Johannesburg Local Office

The Doctor that saw me on the 30th August 2022 for my Disability Grant at Sassa Johannesburg Local Office - I am made to understand that she's doctor Mabane - all Sassa office staff members refused to give me her name, even apparently her Supervisor Lydia Bilankulu refused to give me her information. 1. She told everybody that was seating to be seen by her that she's not gonna see anyone not wearing the mask because we are going to infect her with COVID19. The way she addressed us was very offensive and arrogant. 2. When she finally called me to attend to me, I greeted her, she did not respond and told me to seat on the chair. She only read a Form that was filled in by the doctor from Baragwanath Academic Hospital. I told her I have a supporting letter that Zandile-Sassa employee detached from the Sassa Form. She told me she doesn't want to see it. I stood in front of her until she took it and just threw it at the back of my form without reading it as it was addressed to her... 3. She told me that I don't look like someone that deserves a Disability Grant, I explained to her that no one firstly at my age and the nature of my illness wants to hire me. I was shot from my left side abdomen, the bullet damaged my Liver, Colon and the Spleen. I cannot carry anything more than 15kgs. Treating doctors at Baragwanath said anything I want to life I should use my feet, because I have since developed a Hernia and I have Seroma that gives me unexplainable pains. I am due to go back to Baragwanath Hospital on the 6th September 2022 to get my date for an operation to attend to the Hernia and the Seroma. Whilst trying to explain to her what is happening, she told me she's not interested. She has a long queue of people to see. She told me to leave her office to the next queue-which she did not tell me where. For that matter there is not even a person to direct us where to go next. At the end of the whole traumatizing and humiliation, she disapproved my application saying - I don't look sick I have worked and paid my Taxes in South Africa for the whole times employed and never defaulted to be refused assistance by my government. Lydia Bilankulu whom I was told is the Supervisor refused to give me the Dr's name. The very same Lydia Bilankulu and other colleagues of her's left us at the Sassa office to go to the truck that was at the street to go and shop on credit. I waited more than 1 hour for her to come back. Zandi and her male colleague called us to come and see them by the truck shopping and told us to take photos of them *****ing government time not working... I have her and her other colleagues photos whilst busy shopping not assisting us! May hello Peter help me and other citizens that gets treated like dogs to get what's due to us! That we get decent treatment and service as well. I felt very humiliated by the Sassa team. Not ONLY me has lodged a complaint. We were told to do the appeal which we will hear of the outcome after 3 months. What will I be eating meantime? How am I going to get my daughter to school as well? Please hello Peter rescue us that have no one to speak for us
