COMPAINT: SASSA's SERVICE

The call center service on ***option 3, is useless, because I have phoned numerous times and every time was told by an electronic voice to phone back later due to all operators who are currently busy.

It is ridiculous!!! The service is unacceptable, because there are no service whatsoever.

I have then phoned the landline of SASSA Midrand on *** where I held on 21 minutes and the call was dropped and cancelled by an operator, where I have also phoned various times. It is not acceptable and there are no excuses for customer consultants that are too busy, then employ more staff to provide proper assistance please.
