CHILD SUPPORT GRANT NOT PAID

My name is Mellisa Ncula with ID number ***. My child's grant was not paid on Friday in my Tymebank account. I know I'm not the only who experienced this injustice from SASSA especially since it's January and I will need to pay school fees and buy stationery. I really need that money for my child because she depends on it. SASSA is not answering calls and I don't have money to go to their offices because I've been going up and down trying to check ATMs for the money.
