Child support grant

I'm very disappointed with Maponya mall sassa branch I app**** on 19 February 2025 for child support grant . Since I app**** I haven't received any communication from sassa, when I track my application it says "application not submitted" how when I app**** directly on the branch . Yesterday I went there to enquire about my application nothing was done they only took my documents saying they will upload them . Today when I check nothing was done 😡😡
