Child Grant Application

Good Day I have been trying to reach through to Sassa due to my child grant process that I've since done on the 3rd August 2021, tried sending request through the website it doesn't go through post office says I should call but number doesn't go through as well and when I called the relief grant department they told me they can't assist and simply stated that Child Grant has blocked all calls, I'm in urgent need of the funds I have sent all required documents and the application is still in process even today my reference number is ***. I am tired of being sent up and down and still not getting help I'm disappointed with their poor response.
