Can only complain if there is service to complain about

I REALLY CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE..... THERE IS NO SERVICE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT!!! SRD money for Dec '21 was only approved end of March, went to Post Office, was told they are awaiting approval from Sassa before they make any further payments. My wife Called Sassa to change her number, was told it would take approx 1 week, that was beginning of March. Send an email at end of March, still nothing! Like I said cant complain about the service if there isnt any. I am willing to bet anyone that the SRD Money is being ****** and shared by either Sassa official, or Government officials....
