Bring back the money

I have a problem with the people at postnet .. in March they told my Grandmother that she has been ****med and we filled a form to policestation the blockedthecard and told us to come on first week of April we did exactly that they unblocked the card and gave us a new one with new pin..this month we didn't get it again they are saying shes been ****med we filled that form again ..I dont understand if the issue is with the post office or sassa or truely she's been ****med because they promising she'll get the money soon
