Best service from MM Phala SASSA Giyani

I always have a a struggle whenever I go to sassa offices with service,I even got used to being treated like we do not deserve good service But on the 7th of July I went to Sassa Giyani with my grandmother who is over 90 years and can't walk,as I wanted to take the wheelchair I got a shock of my life as one of the staff member MM Phala,said to me worry not about the wheelchair for grandma bring all her Documents and we will help u,as it was not her part to help us first she too k me to someone who has to help me, without being on the Queue,she explained my situation and indeed the guy helped me but because they r always treating us bad ,the guy sent me back to the queue and MM came and said nooo she has an elderly who can't walk in the car, please help her and indeed they listened to her cry n helped me,I was over the moon,as I never get such service nor expect such treatment from SASSA
