Bad treatment

My name is Nothando Dingiswayo am at Sassa Brits , i was sent here by Sassa Pretoria so that my kids can receive grants, I traveled with my last money , then we are told that they cannot help us today because they have a meeting at 11h00, I must go back to pretoria and come back again next maybe they will be having another meeting. What happened to batho pele principles? We cannot be prioritized because they have a meeting fro 11hoo until 3h00. The manager Herman is very rude and not helpful at all
