Bad times calls for bad measures

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my father has received from SASSA regarding his old-age pension application. He initially application in July 29th 2024, and despite our repeated efforts to resolve the situation, there has been no progress.

I have waited on the 20th of November and it is 10:02 they the SASSA staff has been in a meeting till now.

Is this according to law to have special meetings without a notice.

This is concerning due to us as south Africans that people.make.there own schedules but we need to remain calm.
