Bad service from SASSA branches

I'm not too sure if this is the platform but it's best I address the matter here.. My mother went to apply for Social Grant last on Wednesday, at the Harare branch, Khayelitsha and apparently on "Wednesday" they are busy with something else where as she been standing there from 04:30 am early morning she was returned home, she asked one of the employees to check if her documents are what they need and the sassa employee refused... The following day she went as she was told, she got assisted but she was sent away to go and gather some documents and return back with them , when she got back the person whom apparently assisted her had left so the employees whom were there sent her away and said she must come back when the person who assisted her is back ... remember how dangerous is for a 58 year old to wake up in the early mornings of each and everyday just to see if the person who assisted her is at the station , its the same job that they do they could've assisted as well, the only thing my mother could gather is Bad attitude and No respect from SASSA employees as they were all laughing and making a joke on how she is a regular in their station
