Bad service

I can understand everyone's frustration with the srd grant , cause I am also in the same situation. I have been approved for February and March with no pay dates. I chose the bank option but still no payments. Trying to call them is a mission. They do not respond to emails aswel. Its either they are not bothered about the people that depend on that grant or they just working at a very slow pace. As long as it does not affect them , they do not care about people that are in need of that grant. Its a pity our government is not doing anything about it.
