BAD SERVICE DELIVERY #NATIONWIDE

Good Morning. Did it ever slipt your mind as an enployee or did you ever put yourself in the shoes oour fellow South African , to be ignored or constantly getting bad service delivery , not only at our National Post Offices but from a few other Government Departments as well. Now my point or issue that I would like to raise is the following. I cant get a new smart ID cause I cant collect with a 2month temporary ID. Then I app**** after it was instated but didn't get the option of a collection point , then I decided to completely cancel my application due to poor service and websites that are of no use, but still couldn't , as there was no option too. Kindly explain not only to me but too my fellow South Africans as to why its its so difficult to collect such a small amount an easy process to follow but we still cant. PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO MANAGEMENT.
