Bad service

I app**** for a foster care grant in mid this year we went through all procedures even went to court .And we were told that SASSA still has a problem with foster care grants and they would give us a call as soon as this was resolved .We have been waiting patiently for that call it's now end of the year still the issue has not been resolved .We very disappointed in SASSA as this grant is supposed to help children in need.
