Bad service at Sassa offices Maponya

It is such a disapointment that people wake up early to go que at the Sassa offices so that they make it on time but only to find out that the offices will firstly open late yet it is said that they open at 7:30am funny they open at 8 am. People who came for their applications were turned away because the people taking finger prints were not around therefor they wont be helped. Now people use money to get there its not a free ride and telling them to go to Chiawelo because they wont help didnt solve anything because at Chiawelo they were told that there is a strike and therefore they wont help people now I dont understand why people were notified about the strike so that people dont go there then you find people beingbrude just because you asking whats happening. Now I dont understand whats going but Im angry at how people arebeing treated at these government places because its their duty to tlet us know whats happening within their department and be respectful because coming to these places is money and no joke so they need to get their act together Dearly ****ed mxn
