Bad service at sassa mtwalume branch

I am writing this complain on behalf of my sister who went to look for services at Sassa Mthwalume area but till now they are not helped Her name i Dumsile Gumede number ***

I would like to express my disappointment from staff members of Sassa Turton in Mthwalume area .

I was here around 9 till now 15:40pm no help.. They keep on saying system offline.. And guy by name of Joe Mahlobo is very rude... If you ask him something he responds ver badly..

The staff members used to mistreat people and lie about system being offline. Worce we got old sick and disable people who hired meter taxis to reach the place but still they have to go back without being helped.. I would like to see management of this Sassa office take initiative to tell they staff to work and stop this behavior..
