Bad service at Sassa Leeufontein centres

Goodday I got the bad treatment yesterday at Sassa , I was there to ask about my verification status. But I got the bad bad service ever and they're not doing their job the only thing they know is to go to lunch before what and without assisting us with the problems we are facing I'm very sad is it because of I'm black and dependent on 370r that's why they play with me?
