Bad Service at SASSA Idutywa

If there was a zero rating I would give SASSA Idutywa that. My cousin went to apply for a child grant on Monday and they had issues with network. That's forgivable, I understand. On Tuesday same issue and when the network was up and running, the person that takes fingerprints was not there. OK new challenge and again I understand. On Wednesday the same lady is no where to be found. She finally came and there was load shedding. Electricity came back and only to find out the lady has disappeared again. Her colleagues called her and she them that she is not coming back. How bad is that for our poor people and she seems not to care at all. Government should constantly monitor the service these agencies give to the citizens. My cousin did not have taxi fare to go there in the first place now she has to borrow again to go to the same place up to 4 times. If she will be helped tomorrow at all.
