Bad service at sassa from Tokoza

Bad service at sassa from Tokoza. My mom went there Monday and they gave her a form to get filled at school and went back today she came back unattended they cut them off. They started to operate around 11 - 12 knowing very well that they knock off at 16:00. It's so unfair because we use money to go to their offices.
