Bad service at SASSA by Nomsa Tshawe

I'm writing to complain about the services of SASSA Ditshego Road &, Hattingh Dr, Vosloorus Ext 1, Vosloorus, 1475, South Africa. I've went there several times without receiving any help, we wake up very early in the morning at about 5 o'clock and stand long queues. They will start attending people or helping them after 8 or 9 while their service time is from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, the workers don't even wear name tags that state their names and when you try and ask about their names, they will tell you wrong information. They don't know how to treat people; they make them wait in their hall room for hours without any reason why but after some complain they will come and tell them that their system is bad or offline and there's nothing they can do about it. They don't care about the mothers who come with babies and infants, they will make them wait. Another thing is that they don't give out full information about what to bring for you to register your child then you will have to wait a long, long excruciating queue so that they can tell you that you don't have full documents and that you should go back home and come back another day to start afresh a new queue to bring those outstanding documents. They are also saying that we are earning their tax money, so we don't have a say. So I need people from the higher districts or National offices to deal with them because we are really suffering as people of the community

Some of the ******** and arrogant workers names are: Lerato Williams/ Motloung ( Supervisor) Makungu ( admin) Their clerks are worse because they don't put their nametags so that they won't be reported
