Bad service at sassa Athlone branch

Iam very much disappointed with sassa Athlone service, the people stand in the queue since 5am and when u get to the people who suppose to help you they shout at u and chase u away without even looking at the papers u got...my mother inlaw called Patricia Frenchman was treated like she's a foreign woman..she's old and can't c properly she was very sad when she got home zshe said the lady treated her so bad she dn't want to return anymore at sasaa..pls someone who is in charge pls sort this out
