Bad Service

My mother pass away last year OCtober 1 she was a pensioner.And she was foster parent to my sister daughter.She died on the pay day in order to get the money.We were suppose to submits documents I did as I told.eg Dead certificate,Burial order,my bank statement .The lady said there will call me but she never did.January I went back another consultant check for me only to found that the money was paid in November but not on bank account but he refused to give details and I must wait for the lady to come back on leave.I ask to see the Manager they said is not in.Will you pls help to find what happenened to this money .My mother details Simangele Eunice Mthiyane I'd ***.I don't like to go to that place because no one willing to help or have answers .They are so rude and don't have time
