Bad service

I am sending this review on behalf of my dad Minrod Kubeka, ID number 410 ********** 086, card number ********** ********** 17.

His card was retained by the bank machine on 31 August 2018, the new card was done on 4 September 2018; however to date they have been sending him from pillar to post. he was sent to Phefeni, then Diepkloof, we even called 0800 number and we also called the office and spoke to the guy by the name Mashudu who advised me to go to Diepkloof. Today they sent him back to do another affidavit and go to the post office however they did confirm the money was there. what is more frustrating with this is my dad is sick and being sent from pillar to post like this its just not fair. He often get tired and if under stress he gets seizures. Therefor can someone give us advise as to how to resolve this the soonest without being pushed around.
