bad service

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I write with great disappointment of how SASSA offices operate. I came here today for a replacement card on my SASSA grant card at 7:00 and now it 8:20 but still the person **** cards has not started working and it has become a norm that they always pitch late at work . </p> <p> </p> <p>My concern is that on the board it written the working hours is from 7:30 to 16:00 and nobody is giving updates as to what is going on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly assist to avoid this in the future . management is not even worried and stays in his office and does not even monitor his staff members.
