Bad service

Morning.

I need you assistance with regards to the matter regarding my sister who app**** for the social grant for her kids a year ago, she submitted all the documents and they told her someone will come and assess the situation at home since she was working before, the guy came to the house to inspect, it was january last year, so i had to go there my self to check the progress again since they are quiet they told me to submit again the documents, the child is suffering at the time, and the supervisor did not assist me at all, the person who is handling the matter told her she could have checked though he said to us we must wait for the call.
